The founder grew up in a family deeply rooted in precision machining, where metal and measurement formed a quiet language of discipline and creativity.

This early exposure to engineering shaped not only his technical skills but his belief that beauty lies in honesty - in showing how something is made, not concealing it.

Years later, working in engineering management and sales, he saw a clear gap: luxury watches were becoming unattainable, while accessible alternatives lacked refinement.

The "M" in M. Laurent stands for Marta - a personal inspiration who gave the brand its emotional direction. A reminder that design is never just mechanical; it is human, relational, and full of intention.

Each M. Laurent timepiece is crafted using an SLA-printed case and back for smooth accuracy, paired with an FDM-printed dial that reveals a layered, tactile character, all refined through meticulous hand finishing and assembly.
